Overview
Oxygen is a non-bank lender with mortgage brokers service, able to lend against residential and commercial property and specialise in SMSF lending. Oxygen has some of the lowest rate SMSF loans in the market, whether you want to refinance an existing loan or purchase a new property.
Integration
The integration connects Class data with Oxygen, allowing accounting firms to easily speak to their clients about financing loans using SMSF with pre-calculated servicing and borrowing capacity numbers. It also allows users to calculate a full servicing scenario and instance decision.
How to establish the integration
Navigate to the Oxygen Website an click through > Accountant Login > Proceed to Sign-in > Continue with Class > Allow Access
Using the Oxygen Application
The application allows you to produce a purchase or refinance quick quote for your SMSF. You also have the ability to obtain a full quote. The application will quickly indicate if the SMSF has enough assets and income to service the loan or proposed loan. A list of your Class SMSFs will be available in the Oxygen dashboard, showing key values and member details. It will also allow you to print quick quotes and provide the information to your client or put them in touch with an Oxygen broker to assist them.
Granting access to the Oxygen application - scopes
You will be asked to grant permission to your Class data. See API Access to Class data - Partner Application for details. The following scopes will be requested by the Oxygen Application:
- Know your identity
- Read your business information, basic information, email address, address and phone number
- Read all fund information
- Access your data while you are not logged in to Class
