Configuration Process

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed 

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:

Field Name	Field Description	Example
Account number	This is the Interactive Brokers account number.The account number convention is a leading "U' followed by 7 or 8 numeric characters.	Account Number: 8180192
Product	Set to "Interactive Brokers"	Interactive Brokers

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
3. Click "Verify", then select Yes to confirm the statement: “I verify that our business is authorised to receive the data from this account.”"
4. Once confirmed, the feed status will change to "Waiting on provider".

If all accounts are not linked, the system will create new investment accounts. This can result in duplicate  investment accounts which are difficult to correct.

Authority Process

Please ask the account holder to send an email with the following message to:

reportingintegration@interactivebrokers.com 

I would like to integrate my Interactive Brokers reporting data with Class. My Interactive Brokers account number is XXXXXXX.
Please send Class the following reporting files:
Account (SOD)
Activity (SOD)
Positions (SOD)
Securities (SOD)
Trade Confirms (EOD) .  
Class contact details are provided below for reference. Please note that this email address does not need to be contacted once the feed is active and should only be used if there are issues sending files to Class: feedssupport@class.com.au

You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
