Configuration Process

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > Select “Bank” 

Enter the account information as per the statement:

Authority Process

1. In the Data Source section, click the Generate button. Class will generate the authority form.
2. Print the Authority Form. Arrange for the account holder to fill the date, name and wet-ink signature on the form.
3. Click the Upload button to upload the authority form. The status of the feed will update to Waiting on Provider
4. It is not required to send the authority form to the provider directly. Class will forward the form to HSBC Bank automatically once the Authority Form is uploaded.

Account types supported

• CMG - Day to Day Account
• ACS - Flexi Saver Account
• MSV - Multi-Currency ( Only Australian Dollar deposits are initially supported. We will support other currencies in a future release)

Account types not supported

• Term Deposits
• Loan Accounts
• Cash Management Account (CMA)
• Power Vantage CMA
• Premier Foreign Currency Account
• Savings Cheque Account

Note: Only only superannuation accounts types are supported. Non-superannuation entity accounts cannot be activated.

Note: HSBC doesn't accept e-signed authority forms.

Note: You can expect your data to start loading within 10 business days
