Configuration Process

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed 

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:
   

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account number	This is the Euroz Hartleys account number. Format: Usually starts with a '4' or '5'	Account Number: 41234567
   Product	Set to " Euroz Hartleys "	Euroz Hartleys

2. Tick each checkbox to ensure that you link existing holding accounts related to this account under the Holding Accounts section.

If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked, the system will create new investment accounts, which could cause duplication of investment accounts, which can be challenging to correct.

Authority Process

1. The Account Holder is required to send an email to:
   Scrip-Settlements@euroz.com;
   With the following text:
   
   Dear Euroz Hartleys,
   Can you please Setup the following accounts for the Class Data feed:
   
   

   Account Name	Account Number
   ...................	..........................

   Kind Regards,
2. Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider" 

1. You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
