Class recommends you activate any new data feed accounts utilising Accolade Portfolio Management.(Accolade) The Accolade feed supports foreign trade data . Additionally, all existing accounts using this feed will be migrated to Accolade in the near future.
^Multiple Cash Accounts - This data feed supports multiple cash accounts. For cash transactions to load, the account must be 'Linked' by ticking the checkboxes under the 'Holding Accounts' section. In addition, you must enter an investment code for each cash account.
*This feed supports history only on initial activation.
Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed

Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the Canaccord Genuity Financial Limited account number.
The account number convention is a leading "R" followed by 6 or 7 numeric characters.
Account Number: R1234567 Product Set to "Canaccord Genuity Financial Limited " Canaccord Genuity Financial Limited - Tick each checkbox to ensure that you link existing holding accounts related to this account under the Holding Accounts section.
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked the system will create new investment accounts. This can result in duplicate Investment accounts which are difficult to correct.
Authority Process
- In the Data Source section, click"Generate"to create the authority form.
- Print the Authority Form.
- Have the account holder complete the name,date and signature using wet ink.
- Click "Upload"to upload the authority form. The feed's status will update to" Waiting on Provider".
- You do not need to send the authority form to the Provider. Class will automatically forward it to the Provider.
1. You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
2. Authority forms dated 90 days after signing are not accepted by the provider. Please upload a newly signed form.
