I have processed rollover/ lump sum out for the year ending 30 June 2019. The balance is matched against rollover in. However, it is taken up as liability in the balance sheet under lump sum paid. How to resolve this issue?
In this particular scenario, the Rollover Out event was processed prior to 30 June and matched to a Rollover In event processed after 30 June.
The date on the Rollover In or the Rollover Out event was incorrect.
Navigate to Fund Level > Transactions > Browse Events
- Group business events by Type
- Click on the incorrect event
- From the pop-up screen, click on Edit
- Change the Date
- Click on Submit
Ensure to roll back the processing financial year's period updates prior to the resolution.
