Introduction
Crestone accounts may have multiple cash accounts per portfolio. You can link these to the platform feed by setting up the Investment Codes in Class.
Foreign bank accounts must be set up using "Bank account" menu, not "Foreign bank account" menu.
Navigate to Fund Level > Investments > Bank account > select "Yes" for "Is Foreign"

Also, the above list only considers the AUD cash accounts, for other currencies, replace AUD with the appropriate currency code (GPB, JPY, EUR,...)
IE For a US currency cash management account it would be CMA.USD
