Configuration Process 

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account number	This is the Accolade account number. The account number convention a Leading "R" followed by 5-8 numeric characters."	Account Number: R812345
   Product	Set to "Accolade Portfolio - Canaccord"	Accolade Portfolio - Canaccord

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
   • The Accolade Portfolio - Canaccord can only link one cash account of each currency

   • The AUD cash account will receive consolidated transactions and balances
      

     If the relevant holding accounts are not all linked, the system will create new investment accounts. This can result in duplicate accounts that are difficult to correct.

Authority Process

1. In the Data Source section, click Generate to create the authority Form.
2. Print the Authority Form. 
3. Have the account holder complete the date, name, and signature using wet ink.
4. Click Upload to upload the authority form. The status of the feed will update to"Waiting on Provider."
5. Email the signed form to CGAU-MiddleOfficeWealth@cgf.com 

1. You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
2. Authority forms dated 90 days after signing are not accepted by the provider. Please upload a newly signed form.
