*This feed supports history only on initial activation.
This feed is currently under Beta phase. You will be able to set up data feeds and send authority forms to the provider, but it may be some time before the provider decides to activate the account.
This data feed does not support Managed account structures. The data for each managed account will still load into Class but the Managed portfolio numbers
Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number# This is the Evans Dixon account number.
Format: 6-7 digits leading with"X"
Account Number: X123456
Product Set to "Evans Dixon"
Evans Dixon # Account numbers starting with "LE" are not valid for the purpose of setting up a data feed in Class.
- Ensure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked, the system will create new investment accounts, which could cause duplication of investment accounts, that can be challenging to correct.
Authority Process
- In the Data Source section, click the "Generate" button. The authority form will be generated.
- Print the Authority Form. Arrange for the account holder to sign, date, print name and position on the form.
- Click the "Upload" button to upload the authority form. The status of the feed will update to "Waiting on Provider"
- It is not required to send the authority form to the provider directly. Class will forward the form to Evans and Dixon automatically once the Authority Form is uploaded.
Note: The data is expected to start loading automatically within 10 business days.
