Feature Summary

Configuration Process 

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed 

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:
   

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account number*	This is the Encircle Portfolio Service platform account number.	Account Number: 1812345
   Product	Set to "Encircle Portfolio Service"	Encircle Portfolio Service

   * This feed requires the platform account number as Account Number. Please see below on where to find this information.
   

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
   

If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked, the system will create new investment accounts, which could cause duplication of investment accounts. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.

Authority Process

1. The adviser is required to send an email to: 
   Email: encircle@colonialfirststate.com.au
   With the following text:
   
   Dear Encircle Portfolio Service,
   Can you please set up the data feed to Class Super for the following Adviser:
   

   Adviser Name	Adviser ID
   ...................	..........................

   
   Kind Regards,
2. The adviser will then receive an email confirming their registration and adviser ID.
3. Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
   

   If you have not entered the adviser details, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser details.

4. Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider."

Note: You can expect the data to start loading automatically within 10 business days
