How do I access Class' document management system?
Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Documents
You can then add, remove and edit documents.
What file formats are supported?
The following files types are supported:
- Word Docs (.doc, .docx)
- Excel (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm)
- PDFs (.pdf)
- Text Files (.txt, .csv, .xml)
- Zip File (.zip, .gz)
- Images (.png, .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp)
- Email (.eml)
Can I restrict access to users from certain documents?
Yes, when you add a document to Class, you can add tags to it. These tags can be set up with user restrictions. You just need to select the type of user that you want the tag to be restricted to, so you may have documents that you only want Administrators to see. i.e. when your Auditors log on to do their audits they can't see any documents that you don't want them to see if you add restrictions to certain tags.
What system tags are set up in Class?
To make your life easier we have set up system tags for sorting and classifying your documents. The list of system tags includes:
Annual Return, Attachment, Bank Buy, Contracts, Contributions, Expense, Financial Statements, Income, Listed, Minutes, Pensions, Permanent File, Property, Sell, Signed Docs, Trust Deed, Unlisted and Valuation.
