How will my clients know they have new messages if they don’t login regularly?
Your clients will be notified via email whenever they have new messages that haven’t been read yet. They will be able to control the frequency and delivery times for these emails via the Message Options page within client view. We allow for instant notifications as well as daily notifications, so if your clients don’t want multiple emails sent each day, the daily option will send them a list of any new or updated messages once a day around their preferred time.
Clients will also receive a weekly summary that will list any unread messages as well as any messages that require a response from them.
Clients are able to control these settings themselves from Client View by
- Click on "Messages"
- Click on the "Message Options" icon in Client View
- Click on the icon displays in the following screen:

In addition to the notifications, clients will also receive a weekly summary email of their messages. This will indicate any messages which are still unread as well as any messages that require a response from the client.
If there are no unread messages and no message which require a client response, the email summary is not sent.
