Welcome to the December edition of Class FAQs.
With the year drawing to a close, please note our support team is here to assist you during the December and January holiday season, with the exception of public holidays. As of Monday 21 December, our offices will operate with skeleton staff from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEDT, Monday to Friday and until 1pm on Christmas Eve. Our offices will return to usual operating hours on Monday 4 January.
It has been an absolute delight supporting you throughout the year! Whilst 2020 has been a challenging year on many fronts, there were some highlights for the Class team, including the launch of Class Trust and acquisitions of NowInfinity and Smartcorp.
Our amazing support team have done a stellar job adapting to remote working, and as we round out the year here are some statistics of service delivered this year.
We wish you and your families a bright and happy festive season and we very much look forward to working with you in 2021!
