Rollover In - member not valid
The cause of the Invalid Rollover In status is mostly due to a member data mismatch between the notification received and the member details in Class. The main causes are:
- Member's name that includes first name, middle name and last name
- Member's date of birth
- Member's TFN
You may check and confirm these details if you are the tax agent for the individual member.
If the member details in Class are incorrect, you need to enter the correct information and Revalidate the rollover.
If the member details in Class are correct, you will need to escalate this to support@class.com.au for further investigation.
Rollover out - invalid status
If the Rollover out has invalid status, you need to escalate to support@class.com.au for further investigation.
