*History is not supported for any new account activations. Self Wealth did arrange for historical transactions for some accounts that had previously had an active data feed as of April 2023.
Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed

Enter the account information as per the statement:

SelfWealth
- Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all accounts are not linked the system will create duplicate accounts for each existing holding that was not linked the resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.
Online Authority Process
- The account holder or adviser should log into the investor portal and activate the data feed for Class by referring to the SelfWealth-Class activation user guide here.
- Click the "Verify" button and click "Yes" to the statement "I verify that our business is authorised to receive the data from this account." The feed's status will then change to "Waiting on provider."
You can expect the data to start loading within 10 business days.
