Overview of Integration
myprosperity provides a seamless and efficient way to:
- Engage with your clients securely - Protect client data and collaborate securely with our all-in-one portal, eliminating email risks
- Manage compliance effortlessly - Minimum pension to be paid, remaining contribution caps, portfolio view of investments along with asset allocation and asset strategy
- Streamline client interactions - Manage all critical client interactions seamlessly in one place with simple task notifications to manage requests for information and electronically sign reports directly from Class
- Flexible and customised solutions - Customise what you customers can see for individual clients or across the group
Setting up the Integration
During the beta phase, a Consultant will reach out to you to organise the setup. This will require the use of an activation code provided by the Consultant.
Once activated you can link your Class Businesses by following these instructions:
How do I set up the Class integration?
After your Class Business has been linked to myprosperity, please return to Class to authorise:
Navigate to Business Level > Settings > Integration
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Select 'Authorise' under the 'Client Portal' section.
This will need to be actioned this for each individual business code connected to the Class Client Portal.
Accessing myprosperity from Class
Once activated, you can access myprosperity from two places in Class:
Navigate to Business Level > Expand Sidebar > Client Portal
This will take you to the Partner Portal where you can view all SMSFs that have been imported
Navigate to Fund Level > Expand Sidebar > Client Portal
This will take you to the Entity Workspace where you can see all information that is visible to your clients for this entity, once you provide them with access.
