What the Integration does at a high level

Docscentre platform enables our clients as a single-point of access to market-leading document providers through a seamless integration with Class APIs. This will allow our users to streamline legal documents.

Configure the integration from Docscentre to Class

1. Click on 'Impersonate'.
2. In the Create New Order Dropdown, select 'SMSF'.
3. Select “Order Online” on one of the products such as ‘SMSF DOV’.
4. You'll find the "Class" logo button listed informing you that Funds details can be imported directly. Click on the icon.
5. This button will open a popup modal informing you that you are not connected to class, you must be authorized to allow importing of their data. Click the link ‘Connect to Class’.
6. You will be redirected to the Class site. If you are not already logged into Class, you will be prompted to log in.
7. From within the Class page, you will be prompted to grant permission for DocsCentre to access you Class data. Select “Allow Access”. Here you will be redirected back to Docscentre when permission is granted.

Import fund list from Class

• The Fund Search feature becomes visible after connecting to Class.
• The List of funds become available for Importing.
• The business code can be clicked to return to the Class authorization page. This allows the change of the scoped business, and the funds listed within.

Importing Funds to populate order forms

• Create a new order, and you should be able to import Fund (individual and company) data from Class via the selections. Selecting a Fund from the list will allow you to see a summary of that Fund’s information. If this is the correct fund you want to import, then selecting the ‘Confirm’ button will create a new order with the imported data from Class. 

Once successfully imported, you will be redirected to that order to review any details to complete the order. The import button will be gone from view as an import has already been completed.
