What has Class done?
- Changed the existing product label to CFS Edge
- Changed the account number to the new CFS Edge account number.
- Added the new adviser code to the authorities tab for the relevant adviser.
These instructions are for those who have yet to migrate their CFS First Wrap feed to CFS Edge.
Instructions
1 Update feed status
Change the feed status from Manually Imported to Use Automated Feed and click Save.
2 Link the adviser to the Feed setup screen
Note, you will not be able to set up the feed account until names appear in the Third-Party adviser dropdown list. If multiple advisers appear in the dropdown and you are unclear of the correct adviser, please log a Support request, and we shall confirm the correct adviser for accounts.
3. Unlink the old bank account
The cash account linked to the old First Wrap feed shall close as part of the migration, and any balance shall ultimately be transferred to the CFS Edge bank account.
Please unlink the account from the feed account after 22 April 2025 and click Save.
Check whether this account is the Default Bank account. If this is the default bank account, please contact Support for further advice.
4. Create and link a new bank account
Please create a new bank account for the new CFS Edge account and link it to the individual feed screen. (Note that a BSB and account number are not required unless the account is going to be the default fund bank account)
5. Complete the setup of your CFS Edge data feed
