Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the CFS Edge Service account number.
Account Number: CF1234567
Product Set to "CFS Edge"
CFS Edge
- Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked the system will create new investment accounts which could cause duplication of investment accounts that can be challenging to correct.
CFS Edge – special considerations when utilising the feed.
Authority Process
- Please contact the CFS Edge Adviser and ask them to enable a data feed for the account to Class.
If they are unfamiliar with the process, please provide them with this PDF, which explains the configuration.
- Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider."
- Link the adviser to the feed and add the adviser code according to entering Adviser Authorities in Class. Ensure that you have been provided with the Individual Adviser Code otherwise the feed will not load data.
You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
