Feature Summary

Feed provides history at activation; or you can raise a support request at support@class.com.au for a data refresh.

Configuration Process

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform  Feed

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account Number	This is the Betashares Direct account number	Account Number: 12345678
   Product	Set to "Betashares Direct"	Betashares Direct

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.

If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked the system will create new investment accounts which could cause duplication of investment accounts that can be challenging to correct.

Please ensure the following when generating the authority form:

• Download the form, enter the date, and save it as a PDF before uploading it to class.
• Do NOT change any form settings or add extra information beyond what is required.

Authority Process

1. In the Data Source section, click the Generate button. The authority form will be generated.

   (Please upload the authority form directly into Class rather than scanning and reloading it)
2. Enter the date. No Signatures are required, Betashares will contact electronically to obtain the authority from the client. 
3. Click the Upload button to upload the authority form. The status of the feed will update to Waiting on Provider.
4. It is not required to send the authority form to the provider directly. Class will automatically forward the form to Betashares Direct once the Authority Form is uploaded.

If the feed has not activated after 10 working days, log a feed follow up request. Please refer to how to log a feed follow up request to follow up request directly from Class.

You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.

Additional Information

• Authority Form - No signature required on the form as Betashares will send the account holder an email with further authorisation instructions to be completed once the Class generated form is received by them. 
• Income Movements - Income transactions related to holdings are supported via automated feed.
• Direct Connect Documents - Documents will be included as part of the feed and made available on an annual basis. The first batch will be accepted in October.
