The feed should only be used if you have a FinClear broking feed activated in your fund.
Additionally, it should be utilised only if the cash hub of a FinClear broking feed is utilising FinClear Cash Hub account.
For any other cash accounts linked to a FinClear Broking account you should continue to link that cash account to the Broking account.
Note only accounts in AUD are supported at this time. The other currencies shall be supported in the future.
Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed

Enter the account information as per the statement
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the FinClear Cash Hub account number that appears on your FinClear Cash Hub statement or provided by FinClear or the adviser. Account Number: 470123456 Product Set to "FinClear CMA" FinClear CMA - Ensure that you link the underlying cash account to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking the checkbox.
- Important The cash transactions in this data feed are an enhanced version of those already received through the linked cash account of the associated FinClear Broking account. Setting up a new data feed for this product may cause duplicate transactions if you are already receiving these cash transactions via the FinClear Broking feed.
Authority Process
- Please contact the Adviser and request they enable the data feed.

Set to Third Party(adviser), click on the dropdown and select the relevant adviser.
If the adviser name does not appear, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser name and code.
- Change the status of the feed to "Waiting On Provider".
You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
