AI Financial Reporting Videos - FAQ

How does the integration work? 

Rhellm uses the latest finalised financial data directly from Class to generate short, engaging videos that summarise a Fund’s performance for the selected financial year. These videos use AI‑generated narration and visuals to clearly communicate key insights.

To protect data privacy, the financial data is stored in Rhellm for no longer than five days and is used only for video generation purposes.

Which years can I generate a video for?

All financial years are supported. You simply need to complete Tax Finalisation for the Fund, and the “Generate Video” option will become available.

Which entities can I generate videos for?

Only SMSF entities are supported at launch. Other entity types (e.g., trusts, companies) are not currently included.

Can I configure which scene I can show/hide? 

For the Lite product, scenes automatically show or hide based on whether there is relevant data. Manual exclusion of specific scenes is not available.

Why do only some of the Trustees appear in the commentary? 

By default, the first two trustees are included in the narration. You can edit the first scene to modify trustee names or update the Fund name if needed.

Some numbers look incorrect when I preview, what should I do? 

Use “Reset Snapshot” to refresh the video with the latest data from Class. If you have modified events you may need to roll back and redo the last Period Update and Tax Finalisation. 

There is no Asset Strategy entered for this year, why can I see one? 

If an Asset Strategy was entered for a previous year, it will display until superseded.
If the Fund has never had an Asset Strategy recorded, the video will display the current asset allocation instead.

Where can I find videos I previously sent? 

All generated videos are saved in the Class Document Management System under the Fund.
Use the system tag “Client Video” to quickly filter and locate past videos.

Can I sample videos without paying? 

Yes. Businesses with at least 10 SMSFs receive an annual allocation of free Lite video credits.
Credits increase with the number of SMSFs in the Business. Additional video credits can be purchased once free credits are used.

Can we customise contact/practice details on the video? 

Yes, you can add contact details which include the following option fields, Name, e-mail, phone and website details.

When do the free video credits expire

After 30 June each year. Free credits can't be transferred to another business. 

Do I need a separate Rhellm account or login?

No. The integration is built into Class. Video generation happens seamlessly without needing a separate account or dashboard.

Why are some figures slightly different in the commentary?

Rounding is adopted in some areas in the commentary. The actual numbers displayed reflect the figures in Class.

Can I exclude Pension & Lump sums from Fund Earnings? 

Yes, check the setting 'Report Member Benefits Paid as Expense' is set to no. There is a Business, Brand and Fund level version of this setting.

Where are the videos stored and how long is data retained?

Videos are stored in Class Document Management System (DMS) as part of your existing document storage and will always be visible there. Rhellm retains the financial data used for video generation for 7 days before automatic purge.
