The Xplore Wealth data feed now closed, and all remaining accounts will be transferred to the HUB24 data feed from 1 May 2026. Note although the process has started please do not attempt to migrate accounts before 10 May 2026 as some transactions may still be processed to the Xplore Wealth during the transition period.
As a result, all active Xplore Wealth accounts will close shortly after this date. Xplore Wealth and HUB24 accounts for separately managed accounts (SMAs) are set up and accounted for in fundamentally different ways. In Xplore Wealth, each SMA is established as a separate data feed. As a result, if an account has five SMAs, five separate data feed accounts are set up in Class, each with its own holdings. In contrast, HUB24 aggregates all SMAs into a single account holding. Due to the nature of this migration, which involves consolidating multiple accounts into a single account, Class is unable to automate the migration.
What You Need to Do
1. Confirm the transfer of balances out of Xplore Wealth
After the migration is complete, the feed balances of holdings (but not the ledger balance) will reduce to zero.
2. Create a HUB24 feed account
Create a new HUB24 account by navigating to Feeds > New Platform Feeds and follow the steps in the User Guide.
Note: The new HUB24 account number is required to complete this step. Please contact the account holder or adviser to obtain this information. You will also need to choose between account holder authority and adviser authority. Follow the steps in the User Guide to complete the setup based on the option chosen.
Important: Do not attempt to enable the feed until steps 3 and 4 of the migration have been completed. Set the feed to Manually Imported instead.
3. Set a “Do Not Load Before” date
To ensure there are no duplicated transactions, please insert a Do Not Load Before date of 27 March 2026.
4. Create a new bank account
Existing bank accounts linked to the Xplore Wealth feed accounts will close, and the cash balances will be transferred to the new HUB24 bank account. Create a new bank account and link it via the feed setup screen.
5. Link holdings
Unlink the holdings from the Xplore Wealth accounts that have ledger balances greater than zero. Link those holdings with a ledger balance greater than zero to the HUB24 feed account.
6. Start the HUB24 feed
Set the HUB24 feed account to Automated Data Feed and select Save.
Other Considerations
There is a possibility that multiple Xplore Wealth portfolios being consolidated into a single HUB24 account may contain more than one holding of the same listed security or managed fund. If this occurs, those holdings will need to be consolidated into a single holding. This can be a highly complex process, particularly where managed fund holdings contain accrued AMIT or tax‑deferred components.
