Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed

Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the Statton account number.
The naming convention typically consists of 6-8 numeric characters.
Account Number: 21102019 Product Set to " Statton " Statton -
Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If the relevant holding accounts are not all linked, the system will create new investment accounts. This can result in duplicate accounts that are difficult to correct.

- In the Data Source section, click Generate to create the authority Form.
- Print the Authority Form.
- Have the account holder complete the date, name, and signature using wet ink.
- Click Upload to upload the authority form. The status of the feed will update to"Waiting on Provider"
- You do not need to send the Authority Form to the Provider. Once uploaded, Class will automatically forward it to the Provider.
- Send an email to the adviser specifying the account number and name of the account(s) you wish to enable.
In the email, ensure you request their Statton adviser code. -
Under Configuration, set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
If the adviser name does not appear, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser name and code.
- Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider"
1. You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days
2. Authority forms dated more than 90 days after signing are not accepted by the provider. Please upload a newly signed form.
