This article shows you how to create a new beneficiary for a Class Trust entity.

You can add either a person or an organisation as a beneficiary type to a Trust, we will detail both options below.

New Person 

Navigate to Fund or Trust Level > Beneficiaries > Add beneficiaries > New Person

1. Enter Title
2. Enter First Name
3. Enter Family Name
4. Select Gender
5. Enter Date of Birth
6. Beneficiary Number - Displays automatically
7. Select the Beneficiary Assessment Code
8. Beneficiary Entity Code (will display automatically for an individual beneficiary)
9. Change to org button - Clicking this will convert the 'Person' to an 'Organisation'
   
   
   
   
10. Click Activate

New Organisation

Navigate to Fund or Trust Level > Beneficiaries > Add beneficiaries > New Organisation

1. Enter the Organisation Name
2. Beneficiary Number - Displays automatically
3. Select the Beneficiary Assessment Code
4. Select the Beneficiary Entity Code for organization
   
   
5. Click Activate
