In this article, we will teach you about the Corporate Actions Console functionality.
All compulsory corporate actions and optional Hybrid Security Reinvestment can be processed in bulk across entities in your business by using the Corporate Actions Console. This console is also available at Fund Level > Investments > Corporate Actions
Only one optional corporate action, Hybrid Security Reinvestment is available to process in bulk at the Business Level
Browse Corporate Actions (Fund Level)
The following corporate actions are only available to process at the Fund Level. These types are:
- Share Purchase Plan
- Buyback
The Review Corporate Actions list will display chronologically based on the earliest corporate actions available for an active holding in any open financial years. It is highly recommended that you process the corporate actions in the chronological order for the same investment as the earlier corporate action may impact on the quantity and cost base of the holdings for the subsequent corporate actions.
Navigate Fund Level > Investments > Browse Corporate Actions
- Entitlement Date (Date to determine the eligible units for the corporate action)
- Security (Security that the corporate action relates to)
- Type (The type of corporate action)

Corporate Actions (Business Level)
The Business Level allows bulk processing functionality:
A corporate action is an event initiated by a public listed company that affects the securities issued by the company. Class sources the majority of corporate actions from ASX ReferencePoint which allows us to help automate this process for you.
This console displays a list of identified corporate actions and provides a quick, simple method of processing them
Corporate Actions with one outcome are "compulsory corporate actions", corporate actions with multiple possible outcomes e.g. Rights or Buy Backs are considered as "optional corporate actions".
