Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > Select “Bank”
Enter the account information as per the statement per below:

Authority Process
- The ING DIRECT Accredited Adviser will need to contact the Adviser Services team by calling 1300 656 226 between the hours of 8.30 AM and 6 PM (Sydney time) to request a Class Adviser Code and Password.
The adviser will be prompt to provide the answer to your security question.
- For Advisers who are NOT ING DIRECT Accredited please follow the steps on Procedure to obtain an ING DIRECT Data Feed for more details and on how to set up.
- Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
If the adviser code has not been entered, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser code.
- Change the status of the feed to "Waiting On Provider".
1. The data is expected to load automatically within 10 business days.
Account Type not supported
- Accounts without an adviser associated cannot currently receive an ING Bank data feed
