The AUSIEX broking data feed will continue as normal.
Background
AUSIEX was sold by the Commonwealth Bank Group (CBA) in May 2021.
As part of the sale agreement, AUSIEX undertook to liaise with all their advisers to arrange for them to move the clearing and execution cash accounts for AUISEX broking accounts away from the CBA and another cash provider.
The decision as to which provider was left to the adviser to determine and make the necessary alternative arrangements. Consequently, we cannot migrate any of the accounts as the new cash account opened is entirely at the adviser’s discretion.
What you need to do
All Class users with a working AUSIEX data feed should contact either
- The account holder; or
- The AUSIEX adviser
and check with them if they have established a new bank account for trading and execution purposes to replace their existing AUSIEX cash account.
If the new bank account has a data feed agreement with Class, then you should follow the authority process for each Cash Provider and take steps to establish a new data feed.
Please note that any new cash accounts do not form part of the AUSIEX data feed and we do not receive any cash data via that data feed.
What's next
Any active cash accounts with continue to receive balance and transactional data until 19 March 2022. If the account remains open after that date you should mark the account as Manually imported and manually process any further transactions past that date
