Why is there an unreconciled distribution amount in the Annual Tax Statement and how do I resolve it? 

Cause

The total distribution amount has been changed  after generating the Tax Statement in the Tax Statement Console. For example, adding or deleting a distribution business event, change the distribution amount for an existing distribution event.

 Resolution 

Navigate to the Fund Level > Periodic Processing > Tax Statement Console

1. Click on the Menu icon  , against the relevant holding account
2. Select View
3. Select on Reset
4. The pop-up screen will automatically close,  and the distribution amount will be refreshed
5. Click on the Menu icon  , against the relevant holding account
6. Select Generate
7. The updated amount of the distribution event will flow into the Tax Statement, click Submit
