Issue
Why is there an unreconciled distribution amount in the Annual Tax Statement and how do I resolve it?
Cause
The total distribution amount has been changed after generating the Tax Statement in the Tax Statement Console. For example, adding or deleting a distribution business event, change the distribution amount for an existing distribution event.
Resolution
Navigate to the Fund Level > Periodic Processing > Tax Statement Console
- Click on the Menu icon , against the relevant holding account
- Select View
- Select on Reset
- The pop-up screen will automatically close, and the distribution amount will be refreshed
- Click on the Menu icon , against the relevant holding account
- Select Generate
- The updated amount of the distribution event will flow into the Tax Statement, click Submit
