Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number It is the Open Markets account number.
Account Number: 159425
Product Set to " Open Markets"
Open Markets
- Tick each checkbox to ensure that you link existing holding accounts related to this account under the Holding Accounts section.
If all accounts are not linked, the system will create duplicate accounts for each existing holding that was not linked. Correcting the resulting duplication can be challenging.

Request the account holder send an email to:
service@openmarkets.com.au
With the following text:

Can you please set up the following accounts for the Class Data feed:

Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider."
- Send an email to the Adviser with the following text:

Can you please Setup the following accounts for the Class Data feed:
Please also provide us with your Open Markets adviser code. It is necessary for us to load this number into Class to receive any data.Account Name Account Number ................... ..........................

- Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
If the adviser code has not been entered, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser code.
- Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider"
- The adviser needs to send the email to service@openmarkets.com.au
