Why doesn't the interest paid for a loan related to the investment property show on the Rental Property Schedule?

Resolution

Create a new Income/Expense Type.

Refer to our User Guide on Income and Expense Type Settings for detailed steps on setting up a new Income/Expense Type.

Make sure you chose "Property Expenses" as the Category Type when adding the new income expense type.
