This article will guide you through navigating the Property Console from the business level.
Using the Property Console
Navigate to Business level > Investments > Property Console.
The property console provides details on all property accounts held in the Class business from the business level.
The console displays the different classes of property and their revaluation status. You can quickly sort the console by clicking on the statuses that display above the columns, so if you want to quickly see all properties that have a status of Action Required you can click on the Action Required link to sort the funds.
The console will allow you from the business level to select the property account to either Verify the property address or obtain Property Valuations.
Once you have selected the property, you can select Edit to verify the property address or Property Valuation to revalue the property.
From the Property Console, you can also access the Depreciation Worksheet for the particular property account by selecting the menu icon > View Depreciation.
Revaluation Status
Address Not Verified - The address has not been verified with CoreLogic.
Revaluation Required - A new valuation is required. The effective date of the prior valuation is dated 12 months or more older than 1 July of the financial year selected in the drop down box.
Approval Required - There is a valuation entered that requires Approval/Rejection.
No Revaluation - No valuations have been done for this property.
Revaluation Obtained - Valuation effective date is less than 12 months old.
