Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:

- Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
- Add an adviser id per How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class using the adviser code.
If all accounts are not linked, the system will create duplicate accounts for each existing holding that was not linked. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.
Authority Process
- The AMP North Adviser should log in into the AMP North Platform.
- Once the adviser has logged-in, they will need to follow this guide to enable each account. Accounts can also be enabled to receive data feeds on inception.
Please ensure the SMSF Reference Number field is a unique code. Most practices use the fund code for consistency.
- Update the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider".
Note: You can expect the data to start loading automatically within 10 business days.
