Feature Summary

^An investment code must be added for each cash account. The code is available on the Praemium Portfolio Valuation Report. Refer to How to link Multiple Cash Accounts to a Feed to link multiple Cash Accounts.
*This feed supports history on initial activation. The adviser can also request history by using the web system provided by Praemium.

Configuration Process 

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform  Feed 

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account number	This is the Praemium V-Wrap v2 platform account number.	Account Number: 1812345
   Product	Set to "Praemium V-Wrap v2"	Praemium V-Wrap v2

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
    

If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked the system will create new investment accounts which could cause duplication of investment accounts that can be challenging to correct.

Authority Process

1. Please contact the Praemium Adviser and ask them to enable a data feed for the account to Class.

   If they are unfamiliar with the process, please provide them with this PDF, which explains the configuration. Activating this feed requires an adviser to have "Level 2" access within Praemium. If the adviser does not have "Level2" access, they should contact support@praemium.com.au. 

2. Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider."
3. Link the adviser to the feed and add the adviser code according to enter Adviser Authorities in Class. Ensure that you have been provided the Individual Adviser Code otherwise the feed will not work.

 You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days

Additional Information

• For existing Praemium accounts that started loading before 26/10/2023 - please do not to change the Class default do not load date from 26/10/2023 to avoid any possible duplication. If you are missing transactions before that date please email support@class.com.au for further advice.
• Migrated JBWere feeds will have a do not load before date entered which protects against transaction duplication. If you need to remove that date please email support@class.com.au for further advice.
• Foreign Cash and Trade Support - A feed enhancement was implemented on the 7th of May 2024 that allows Class to load foreign cash transactions and their business events with transaction date after this date using the exchange rate provided by Praemium. The fix is not retrospective therefore any foreign cash transactions uploaded to Class before the 7th of May 2024 will need to be manually edited.
