Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the Praemium V-Wrap v2 platform account number.
Account Number: 1812345
Product Set to "Praemium V-Wrap v2"
Praemium V-Wrap v2 - Ensure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked the system will create new investment accounts which could cause duplication of investment accounts that can be challenging to correct.
Authority Process
- Please contact the Praemium Adviser and ask them to enable a data feed for the account to Class.
If they are unfamiliar with the process, please provide them with this PDF, which explains the configuration. Activating this feed requires an adviser to have "Level 2" access within Praemium. If the adviser does not have "Level2" access, they should contact support@praemium.com.au.
- Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider."
- Link the adviser to the feed and add the adviser code according to enter Adviser Authorities in Class. Ensure that you have been provided the Individual Adviser Code otherwise the feed will not work.

Additional Information
- For existing accounts that started loading before 26/10/2023 - please do not to change the Class default do not load date from 26/10/2023 to avoid any possible duplication. If you are missing transactions before that date please email support@class.com.au for further advice.
