The fund dashboard shows a negative cash balance. How do I to resolve this issue?
This is usually caused by a loan account not being linked to the relevant asset account. For example, a LRBA loan account is not linked to a property account, so the system recognises that as a standalone negative cash account.
Navigate to Fund Level > Investments > Browse Holding Accounts
- Select the Loan account
- Click on the Edit button
- From the pop-up screen, select the property account to "Linked to Holding Account Id"
- Click on Submit
