Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the Private Portfolio Management account number.
Format: 6 alphanumeric characters
Account Number: ABC01D
Product Set to "PPM Funds"
PPM Funds - Could you make sure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox?
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked, the system will create duplicated investment accounts for each holding account that was not linked. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.
Authority Process
On 30 September 2022, PPM permanently ceased the data feed. For any new activations or to re-establish any data feed that stopped as a consequence, please:
1. Change the product label to Praemium
2. Email Private Portfolio Management: ppm@ppmfunds.com
3. and request activation /re-activation of the account
