Configuration Process 

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:
   

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account number	This is the Premium Choice account number.	Account Number: 1812345
   Product	Set to "Premium Choice"	Premium Choice

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
   

If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked, the system will create new investment accounts for each holding that was not linked. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.

Authority Process

1. Print the Privacy Agreement Form and arrange the adviser to complete and sign the form.
   

   The forms will need to include the following for MLC to accept them:
   The form must be signed and dated by a Witness. Ensure the Witness name is also be included on the form.
   The Full Name field of the adviser MUST be entered in the following format:
   Adviser name and name of Adviser company ("Adviser") or Dealer group name (“Dealer Group”)
   E.g: Joe Black of Black Financial Services Pty Ltd (“Adviser”) or Black Financial Services Pty Ltd (“Dealer Group”)

2. Email the signed form to softwaresupport@mlc.com.au
   with the following text:
   
   Dear MLC,
   Can you please set up the following accounts for the Class Data feed:
   

   Adviser Name	Adviser Number
   ...................	..........................

   
   Kind Regards,
3. Under the Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
   

   If the adviser code has not been entered, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser code.

4. Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider"

Note: You can expect your data to start loading within 10 business days.
