Issue 

Why the property account cannot be located in the Depreciation worksheet. 

Cause

The parcel edit point is created for the property. By design, in Class, the Depreciation Worksheet and Maintain Parcel Edit Point cannot be applied for a property account at the same time. 

Resolution

To resolve this issue, the parcel edit point for the property needs to be deleted.

Navigate to the Fund level > Investments > Browse holding accounts

1. Select the required property account 
2. Click on "Maintain Parcel Edit Point"
3. From the pop-up screen, click on "Delete"
4. Close the pop-up screen.

Navigate to the Fund level > Investments > Depreciation worksheet

1. Check the Depreciation worksheet
