Why are some transactions processed automatically by auto transaction rules?
Cause
Auto transaction rules are pre-defined rules that automatically create business events based on the information within a data feed. For certain transactions, for example, bank interest paid and interest received, Class will construct a set of transaction rules at the community level which all feeds will process.
Resolution
This can be replaced by setting up a transaction rule at the fund level with the preferred transaction type
Navigate to Fund Level > Transactions > View Transaction Rules
- Click on +Add New button
- Enter the information accordingly.
