Overview
As part of our Direct Connect Document Feed, Class will load statements from Hub24 periodically in the Class Document Management System (DMS) where the relevant data feed is activate on the document load date.
The latest documents were uploaded for HUB24 for the period 1/10/2024-31/12/2024.
Locating HUB24 Statements
Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Document.
Statements will be available in the DMS tagged and with a document date.

Criteria for HUB24 Documents Generation Next Batch
Accounts
HUB24 can only generate documents for accounts if they were activated and trading by the requisite timeframe below:

Existing Accounts
HUB24 accounts in the below category can have documents generated by HUB24 and sent to Class:
- Open
HUB24 accounts in the below category cannot have documents generated by HUB24 and sent to Class, even if the feed is active:
- E-TRADE Accounts (including open accounts)
- Closed Accounts
- Frozen Accounts
Criteria for loading HUB24 Documents
The pre-requisites for an entity receiving the latest batch of HUB24 Documents:
- The selected product is HUB24
- The entity is currently active with an on system date prior to 1 November 2024
- An active feed was established prior to 1 November 2024
- The data feed was still active on 5th Nov 2024
- Feed is currently active at the time of loading documents as of 20 February 2025
- The feed cannot be:
- suspended
- closed
- have demo status
- have an in-effect Do Not Load date as of date of document load (i.e. DNL date of 18/2/2025 would not eligible)
- Business must be included in the current billing cycle
What if I didn't receive HUB24 Documents?
Check that the account satisfies the criteria for HUB24 document generation and loading. If you have confirmed that the account satisfies the above criteria please lodge a support request to Class.
