Overview
Class will now load Hub24 statements as part of its initiative to get institutional documents periodically.
Reviewing HUB24 Statements
Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Document.
Supported Document Types from HUB24

*History means the statements provided will be from when the account was created with HUB24.

Criteria for loading HUB24 Documents
The conditions required to load HUB24 Documents
- Fund is currently active with on system date pre-November 2023
- The active feed is established prior to 1 November 2023
- Feed is currently active at the time of loading documents as of 29 May 2024
Deleting HUB24 Statements
Deleting statements can be done by clicking 3 dots > Delete.
Custom tags and system tags can be added to each statement.

How often will HUB24 statements be loaded into the Fund?
HUB24 statements will be loaded annually, once a year. Although this is the first time loading statements, we will be loading statements once a year when Annual Investor Statements and Tax Statements are issued via HUB24. This is anticipated by the end of October, following the close of the financial year..
How do I request statements to be loaded again?
We will be loading statements post September 2024 for the end of financial year. If a statement was mistakenly deleted, unfortunately it will not be loaded again, please contact the adviser if a document has been deleted.
What happens if the feed is activated after 1 November 2023?
We wont be loading in history of statements to when the account was created on HUB24. However, we will be loading in the current financial year statements in the next batch.
