^Please note that if you rely on cash transactions through the Macquarie Equity Portfolio Service feed, that your fund will not be eligible to receive the Macquarie Cash Statements. If you wish to receive Macquarie Cash Statements, please setup the Macquarie Cash feed separately and ensure you meet the full criteria.
Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
- Please make sure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.

If the relevant holding accounts are not all linked,the system will create new investment accounts.This can result in duplicate accounts that are difficult to correct.

Adviser Authority
- In the Data Source section, click "Generate" to create the authority form.
- Print the Authority Form
- Arrange for the account holder to fill in the form's date, name and signature. Send the Terms and conditions and the authority form to the account holder. Ignore the request from Macquarie -Please attach a copy of the account holder(s) Driver’s Licence or passport. Requesting such documents is contrary to Class privacy and security policy.
- Click "Upload" to upload the authority form. The status of the feed will update to "Waiting on Provider."
- Please don't send the authority form to the provider directly. Class will automatically forward the form to Macquarie once the Authority Form is uploaded.
- The Macquarie Adviser should log into the website and generate an ESI key. Please take a look at Adviser or Other 3rd Party Authority for more details.
- Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
- Change the status to "Waiting on Provider."
If the adviser name does not appear,refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser details in the field MacquarieESI WRAP/VISION.

2. Authority forms dated 90 days after signing are not accepted by the provider. Please upload a newly signed form

Electronic Signatures - If signing with electronic signatures you will need to use one of the following accepted digital formats. A certificate of compliance with a documented trail of the request from the client's email address is required to attach with the Authority Form.

- OneSpan - Upon receiving digitally signed requests with the COC attached, Macquarie tend to follow up with the account holders and email them to call Macquarie to confirm the request verbally. The case is closed if the client does not call through and Macquarie doesn't authorise the feed. Please ask your clients to watch for any requests from the Macquarie activation team.
- Tax Statements - Please note tax statements are available now and distribution tax data becomes available within six months after the end of a financial year. For example, to access the FY25 distribution tax statement, please request historical data for the period 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025. This ensures the relevant information is included in your request.
- SMA - The feed supports separately managed account (SMA) transactions. This feature is available upon request when your business requests the functionality to be switched on by class. Please have an Access Controller log a support ticket to receive SMA transactions.
