The feed supports separately managed account (SMA) transactions. Please follow the attached steps to enable the SMA to Class SMA setup activation process
Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the Colonial FirstWrap Service account number.
Account Number: 1812345
Product Set to "FirstWrap - Colonial First State (CFS)"
FirstWrap - Colonial First State (CFS)(EPI.4.3)
- Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked, the system will create new investment accounts, which could cause duplication of investment accounts. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.
Authority Process
- The adviser is required to send an email to:
FirstWrap@avanteos.com.au;
With the following text:
Dear FirstWrap Service,
Can you please set up the data feed to Class for the following Adviser:
Account Name Adviser ID ................... ..........................
Kind Regards, - The adviser will then receive an email confirming their registration and adviser ID.
- Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
If you have not entered the adviser details, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser details.
If you do not receive a copy of the activation email please contact the adviser and ask them to forward you a copy, as data will not be loaded into the fund without the correct Adviser ID.
- Update the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider".
Note: You can expect the data to start loading automatically within 10 business days.
