Historical data can be loaded by using the "Request History" button.

Configuration Process

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:
   
   

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account number	It is the Expand account number. Format: 8 digits	Account Number: 16000001
   Product	Set to "Expand(MLC)"	Includes: Expand Extra Investment Expand Essential Investment

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.

If all accounts are not linked, the system will create duplicate accounts for each existing holding that was not linked. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.

Authority Process

1. Send an email to the Expand Adviser for the account activation:
   
   With the following text:
   
   

   Hi (name of the adviser)

   We request that you activate a data feed for the following account(s) into Class.

   Account name	Account number
   ...................	..........................

   To enable the feed, you will need to log into myexpand.com.au and follow the Expand functionality guide to subscribe to a Third-Party data feed and enable each account.                 
   
   Could you also please advise your adviser code for the data feed as it is required to be loaded into Class as part of the agreed activation process between Class and Expand?

2. The Expand adviser will then arrange for the data feed to be activated and the email address nominated per Step 1 will receive a confirmation once the data feed has been activated and will also provide the Adviser Code.If you do not hear back from the adviser regarding the activation , please follow up directly with them.
3. Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
   

   If you have not previously entered the adviser's details, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser details.

4. Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider"

Note. You can expect the data to start loading within 10 business days

Note. Choose "Insignia" as the product when configuring advisor authorities in Class.

Note. The transition arrangements for the existing Ex MLC accounts have been completed. To activate the new data feed, please ensure that an adviser code is set up against the new product type Expand (MLC)
