Feature Summary

^An investment code must be added for each cash account. You can find the code on the JBWere Portfolio Valuation Statement. Refer to How to link Multiple Cash Accounts to a Feed to link multiple cash accounts.

#For an interim timeframe, JBWere has advised that for approximately two weeks from the beginning of every month when they will not send files to Class. They do this as a result of an account balancing/reconciliation process on their side. Once they have completed their monthly reconciliation, they will send a catch-up file and then continue to transmit daily data until the end of the month.

*This feed supports history on initial activation.

Only Advised JBWere platform accounts are currently supported. Class will commence supporting broking accounts in a future release.

Configuration Process 

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed 

1. Enter the account information as per the statement:
   

   Field Name	Field Description	Example
   Account number	This is the JBWere account number.	Account Number: 1812345
   Product	Set to "JBWere"	JBWere

2. Ensure that you link existing holding accounts (including cash accounts) relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
   

If all accounts are not linked, the system will create duplicate accounts for each existing un-linked holding. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.

Authority Process

1. Send an email to the JBWere Adviser for the account activation:
   
   With the following text:
   
   

   Hi (name of the adviser)

   We request that you activate a data feed for the following account(s) into Class.

   Please use the above email address for confirmation of activation and the supply of your JBWere adviser code.

2. The JBWere adviser will then arrange for the data feed to be activated and the email address nominated per Step 1 will receive a confirmation once the data feed has been activated and will also provide the Adviser Code.
3. Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
   

   If you have not previously entered the adviser's details, refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser details.

4. Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider"

Note. You can expect the data to start loading within 10 business days
