Question: Are foreign trades supported by this feed?
Answer: The Macquarie Wrap feed does not support transactions relating to foreign holding accounts.
Question: Does this feed bring across daily cash data for the broker cash account?
Answer: The Macquarie Wrap feed does support daily cash data. The Macquarie Wrap cash account needs to be linked when configuring the feed.
Question: The Fund is registered for GST, Why is Class not allowing me to claim GST paid on Fund expenses deducted by Macquarie in the Wrap?
Answer: Macquarie has already claimed the reduced tax credits on fund expenses in the Wrap before they are deducted from the client's accounts
Question: My Feed Balance has not updated for several weeks. Has the feed stopped?
Answer: Macquarie Wrap sends daily trade balance data.
If the feed’s status changes to ‘Feed no longer active’, check the most recent statement to confirm the account details. Alternatively, if the account details have not changed since the feed was first activated, you can log a request using the Feeds Support Request process.
