Issue

When trying to complete PAYG lodgment the following error occurs:

"Error setting 'Address Details State Or Territory Code' ERROR_INVALID_ITEM_VALUE"

Cause

The Tax Agent who is lodging this PAYG has an invalid state code

Resolution

Navigate to Business Level > Business > Business Contacts 

1. Click on the Tax Agent
2. Select Addresses tab
3. Remove the State code - example, it should be VIC not Victoria
4. Enter and select the valid state code (Class will populate the list for selection)
5. Click on Save
