SuperStream Fixes and Improvements

• The Conversation ID (is the message reference number between Class and transferring or receiving entity to facilitate checking against APRA funds and ATO) will now display if:
  1) The status is "Waiting Confirmation from Receiving Fund" for Rollover Out and "Waiting Confirmation from ATO" for Release Authorities;
  2) The status is "Request Sent" for Rollover In. 
• Select fund list in the SuperStream console now displays the fund name with "&" correctly if applicable.
• The SuperStream message payloads now automatically trim leading or trailing spaces in the postcode.
• Class has improved validation against SMSF Member Tick services to handle State with different case sensitivities. 
• Class has improved handling of SuperStream message payload where there is double space in member's full name.

Data Feeds

• Class has migrated all clients who have a CFS data feed to the new version which now supports Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs).
