Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required for users to login to Client View for the roles of Members, Beneficiaries, Trustees and Investors from Thursday 9th February.
The Class Investor mobile app will be updated and be available for download over the next few weeks, this will also require users to input their MFA details when they first login to the app after the updates.
We have added functionality for users with read/write permission to reset MFA for Client View users on the Class application. You can find details of how to reset MFA for the different roles here.
