Enhancements

Change Brand 

• To provide flexibility on which types of users can change a brand, a setting has been added at the Business level under the Security Settings tab to allow Access Controllers to extend the Change Brand function to Read & Write users. By default this setting will remain as restricted to Access Controllers. You can find out more details about the change here.

Downsizer Contributions

• In accordance with legislation passed in December 2022, the validation for Downsizer contributions to accept contributions for members aged 55+ from 1 January 2023 has been updated. You can find out more about this change here.

Trust Tax Return Roles

• Based on your feedback, we have removed the restriction where only Tax Agents can lodge the Trust Tax Return. Access Controllers and Administrators will now also be able to view and lodge the return. You can find more details about lodging a Trust return here.

Bug Fixes & Other Updates

• We have resolved the issue of the Fund Transfer Data Report timing out when the file size is very large.
• We have resolved an issue that prevented a user from resetting their security questions from Client View.
• We have removed a validation that required an Australian state and postcode for Rollover Out when an overseas address is selected.

Coming Soon! Fresh Class look

Later this month we will be rolling out our new look/feel for Class which is the start of our journey to modernise the User Experience of Class. We wanted to give you a heads up about the changes and what you can look forward to:

• A navigation Bar & Menu layout introduces a more intuitive way to navigate through application without changing the location of menu items
• A search function that makes it easier to switch between different entities and look up Class Menus
• A sidebar that provides quick access to other Class applications like NowInfinity and Cloudoffis

We will give you another heads up just before we release the functionality and you will have the ability to toggle back to the Class that you are familiar with for a period of time.
